We warranty diamonds under a quarter carat: We hand pick high
quality
mountings to minimize the
risk of any diamond coming out. However, a diamond occasionally comes out and we
can replace
it
for free. Usually within one business day. Many customers come in and pay us to
replace
their
small diamond that fell out even though they have a warranty at a different
store. They tell
us
they don't want to wait three weeks to get their ring back because they know we
replace
their
diamond often the same day.
Non-Warranty Items: If you drop your ring into the blender or run
over it
with a truck expect to
pay a fee to get your ring fixed.
