give you exactly what you paid, including tax towards a new item of at least

Diamond Trade Up: When you buy your diamond at Borthwick, we
will apply
exactly what you paid including tax toward a bigger diamond of at least
twice the size.
Free Gift Wrapping: To make it easier for our customers, we
offer free
gift wrapping with any jewelry purchase. Not only do we offer, we want to
make the
presentation incredible for you. We push you to let us wrap it for you:)

One week return or exchange: Any item bought from Borthwick
Jewelry Inc.,
Inc can be returned or exchanged within one week after you present it to
your loved one
for a full refund or exchange. We have found within a week people know if
they like it
or not. We feel wearing a ring for five months and returning it “as some
stores do”,
is
unacceptable because after they polish it someone else will buy it thinking
its new.
This is wrong, the ring is used, it has bad juju and possibly many of the
prongs could
be worn badly. We sell brand new rings that have never been worn.
